At Mokwheel, we are committed to your satisfaction and the performance of your electric bike. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 15 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals that were included in the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
